Hi there! Welcome to my Blog!

I am an Educator by profession, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education; English and Literature and a Master’s Degree in British & American Literature from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. I enjoy teaching, inspiring minds and engaging in meaningful dialogue. It gives me great satisfaction to share my knowledge and thoughts with students and help them grow in Literature.



I have a passion for writing and self-published a novel locally in Kenya, entitled ‘Wild Hearts of the Savannah’. The novel is romantic-adventure, set against the Kenyan backdrop and is a story, about the fourth generation Kenyan Asians.

My second work is unique and beautiful collection of entertaining stories based on the Kenyan Afro-Asian culture and mythology, entitled Magical Stories, published by Phoenix Publishers Kenya.



Writing for me is a lifelong process of growth and crafting interesting stories for my audience. For this reason, I thought of coming up with a blog where I could keep writing and producing more content on an online platform to reach a wider audience. I hope to share interesting content on variety of genres that may cut across literature, history, religion, spirituality and nature. I hope that you find my content interesting and fun to read!

  Lord Krishna One of the most popular Indian deities across the globe, Krishna, has been loved and worshipped by various people from different walks of life. So much oral and written literature speaks of his glories as the most colourful avatars of Lord Vishnu, who is Godhead in Hinduism and more specifically, the Vaishnava tradition. Krishna is a being, larger than life and impossible to capture in this little article, however I will try to grasp some aspects of his life here. Born in the prison of the city of Mathura during a stormy night, Krishna like Jesus Christ, was a child facing persecution by a tyrannical king, known as Kansa, who dreaded a prophecy which spoke about a child who would kill him.
